Lowden EMS is a state-certified EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) service, staffed by trained EMTs and EMRs (Emergency Medical Responders). As a volunteer first responder service, Lowden EMS does not provide transport. Our team responds quickly to emergencies, providing on-scene treatment and stabilization until a transporting ambulance arrives. EMS volunteers carry essential medical equipment, including oxygen, AEDs, and diagnostic tools, to ensure residents receive timely and effective care. The EMS building is located at 404 Washington Ave, Lowden, IA 52255.
