ON, it will be displayed as a red banner at the top of the website on all pages. You have the option below to also email everyone that has subscribed to
Emergency Notices. Emails are only sent if the alert is
ON, so if you want to email an update, set the status to "All Clear" and change the details message accordingly, then turn it off afterwards.
