- Discussion in regard to the pricing of bulk garbage as well as new garbage bins. City clerk will type up a letter informing residents of the new garbage bins that will be distributed at a later date.
- Nuisances: Lou Licht's cotton trees were addressed, the city heard he was cutting them down, but it hasn't been done yet. The council agreed to send out a letter.

- Mayor Lange reported Fire Department had 2 calls, EMS/Rescue had 11 calls in May and 7 calls in June.
- Librarian Ann Harms was present to give the council the library report to review. The library is looking to do a couple more events for the kids this summer.
- Police Chief Jeremy Stenda was present and introduced himself to residents in attendance. He's looking forward to his position with the City of Lowden. A meet-n-greet was discussed for a future date before the start of the school year.
